1-800-Flowers Coupons & Promo Codes for October 2026

1-800-Flowers shopping guide: how to save more

Guide last reviewed: September 2026

How to save at 1-800-Flowers: the smartest ways

1. Start on the official promo codes page. As of September 2026, the promo codes and offers page lists current savings such as 15% off an exclusive selection and 20% off plants.
2. Consider Celebrations Passport if you send gifts often. The membership covers standard shipping and service charges on eligible orders across 1-800-Flowers and its sister brands.
3. Sign up for text messages. 1-800-Flowers offers a $10 credit on a $49.99 minimum order when you sign up for SMS.
4. Check the Deal of the Week. The weekly deals page features a rotating discounted item, such as 25% off a bouquet.
5. Shop plants for bigger discounts. Plants and plant gifts often carry some of the deepest discounts on the promo page.
6. Order ahead of big holidays. Ordering early gives you more choice and avoids rush pressure around peak days.
7. Read the fine print. 1-800-Flowers states that offers cannot be combined, may not apply to all products and have restrictions and blackout periods.
8. Budget for fees. Prices and discounts do not include service and shipping charges or taxes, so compare final totals.

Shipping & delivery

1-800-Flowers offers same-day delivery on many local florist arrangements as well as shipped gifts. Service and shipping charges are added on top of product prices. Celebrations Passport members get free standard shipping and no service charge on eligible items, and the site also has a free shipping collection. Same-day cutoff times depend on the item and delivery area, so check at checkout.

Some products are shipped directly rather than hand-delivered by a local florist. The Passport membership page notes that direct-ship products are limited to the continental United States and that some offers require ordering two or more business days before the delivery date, so leave extra time for gift baskets and other shipped items.

Refund & satisfaction policy

According to 1-800-Flowers customer service, if you or your recipient are not satisfied with the quality of the flowers, you can request a redelivery or chat with the support team. The site also explains that local florists may make design substitutions to keep deliveries fresh and on time, and that some flowers arrive in bud form. For other order issues, use the customer service help center.

To make a claim easier, keep your order number, note the delivery date and take a photo of the arrangement if something looks wrong. Contacting customer service soon after delivery gives the team the best chance to arrange a redelivery.

Celebrations Passport membership

Celebrations Passport is the company's free shipping and no service charge membership. It works across the 1-800-Flowers family of brands, which includes names such as Harry & David, Shari's Berries and Cheryl's Cookies. Members also get access to member-only promotions, such as past Passport events with rotating weekly discounts.

• The annual membership product page lists a price of $29.99 for one year, with automatic renewal that can be cancelled at any time; check the current price at checkout.
• Benefits are not available on all products and are subject to restrictions.
• You need to sign in to your Passport account, or enroll at checkout, to use member offers.

Student, military, teacher & other discounts

We did not find a student, military, teacher or senior discount on the official 1-800-Flowers site as of September 2026. The main ways to save are the promo codes page, weekly deals, SMS sign-up credit and Celebrations Passport.

Before you pay full price, it is worth checking whether the item you want is part of a current collection discount, such as the plant savings or the weekly deal, because those do not require a special membership. Signing up for texts is another simple way to get a credit on a qualifying order of $49.99 or more.

Price matching & price adjustments

1-800-Flowers does not publish a price-match or price-adjustment policy. Because offers cannot be combined, choose the single deal that saves you the most on your order.

Payment options

We could not confirm a full list of accepted payment methods on the official site as of September 2026, so check at checkout.

When 1-800-Flowers has its biggest sales

Flower and gift retailers are busiest around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and the winter holidays. 1-800-Flowers runs seasonal collections through the year, such as fall bouquets, and holiday events including Black Friday and Cyber Week deals. Plant discounts and the weekly deal collection run outside of holidays too, which can be a good time to find a lower price.

If you want to send something for free, 1-800-Flowers also offers free eCards for any occasion. For paid gifts, compare the product price plus service and shipping charges against a Passport membership if you expect to send several gifts in a year.

How to use a 1-800-Flowers promo code

1. Choose your item and delivery date, then add it to your cart.
2. Go to checkout and find the promo code field.
3. Enter the code exactly as shown on the official offer, for example a code printed on a radio or partner offer page.
4. Confirm the discount in your order summary before paying; remember that only one offer can be used.
5. If you are a Passport member, sign in first so your shipping and service charge benefits apply.
