How to save at Brooklinen: the smartest ways

1. Check Last Call first. The Last Call section lists select styles at up to 75% off. Everything there is final sale, so be sure about size and color.
2. Build your cart to $100. Orders of $100 or more get free ground shipping to the contiguous US, so adding a pillowcase or towel can cost less than paying shipping.
3. Join Brooklinen Rewards. Members earn points on purchases and 200 points for writing a product review, and points can be redeemed for dollars off or free gifts.
4. Refer a friend. When a friend you refer places an order of $100 or more (pre-tax), you get a 15% off promo code by email once their order ships.
5. Ask for a price adjustment. If a promotion starts within 14 days after you ordered, Brooklinen says it will match the event offer. Email hello@brooklinen.com with your order number.
6. Pick your single best offer. Only one promotion works per order, and that includes promo codes, gift card codes, rewards and sitewide sales. Compare them before you check out.

8. Wait for a sitewide event. Brooklinen has run sales around holidays like Memorial Day, the Fourth of July and Labor Day. If you can wait for one, big purchases like sheet bundles usually make the most sense then.

Shipping & delivery

As of September 2026, Brooklinen shows a free shipping banner for orders of $100 or more. It covers ground shipping to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). Brooklinen says available shipping methods and delivery timelines are shown at checkout, so check there for current transit times and the cost of faster options.

Brooklinen does ship to P.O. boxes; those orders go out by USPS Priority Mail. Brooklinen also ships internationally; check at checkout for costs to your country. If an order shows as delivered but has not arrived, Brooklinen first suggests checking the shipping address on the order and then contacting support.

Return & exchange policy

Brooklinen has a 365-day return and exchange window for most products, and its FAQ says returns are accepted "in any condition" within that year. That means you can wash and sleep on your sheets before you decide. Used items that come back are donated through Brooklinen's partnership with Good360 rather than resold. Rewards come in 400, 1,000 and 2,000 point levels. You redeem them from your account page. A dollar-off reward creates a promo code starting with "REW". It cannot be combined with another promo code, and you can use only one reward per purchase.

Student, military, teacher & other discounts

As of September 2026 we found no student, military, teacher, healthcare or first-responder discount on Brooklinen's official site. The main ongoing ways to save are the rewards program, the referral reward, Last Call and seasonal sales. Brooklinen also has a trade program for hospitality and wholesale buyers, which is separate from retail discounts.

Price matching & price adjustments

We found no policy for matching other retailers' prices. Brooklinen does adjust prices on its own orders: if you order and a promotion starts within 14 days, it says it will match the event offer. Email hello@brooklinen.com with your order number. Promotions cannot be stacked, so the adjustment brings you to the event price and no lower.

Payment options

Brooklinen accepts one form of payment per purchase, so you cannot split an order between a prepaid gift card and a credit card. HSA/FSA cards can be used on select products through Truemed. Brooklinen notes that Truemed does not work with Shop Pay, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Brooklinen gift cards are sold on the site. How to use a Brooklinen promo code

1. Add your items to the cart and go to checkout.
2. Find the discount or promo code field and enter your code exactly as written, for example a rewards code starting with "REW" or a referral code.
3. Apply it and check that the order total goes down before you pay.
4. If the code does not work, it may be excluded from sale or Last Call items, or another promotion may already be applied. Only one promotion is allowed per order.
5. Automatic sitewide sales need no code. The discount shows up at checkout.
