Points and rewards expire 12 months after they are earned or issued, and Clarks sends email reminders before they lapse. Rewards can be used on clarks.com by logging in and applying them at checkout, or at participating Clarks retail and outlet stores by giving your account details to a sales associate.

Clarks works with ID.me to offer a verified discount. Shipping

Clarks offers free shipping on orders of $75 or more within the US. Returns and exchanges

You can return unworn, unused items in their original packaging within 45 days of purchase. Items bought in a Clarks store must go back to a store.
