Returns

According to Dillard's returns page, eligible items bought on dillards.com can be returned within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. You can return online orders for free at the Internet Store location or any Dillard's store, excluding clearance centers. Returning by mail is also allowed, but you pay the return shipping. Purchases made in a Dillard's store can be returned in store for free or by mail with shipping paid by you.
