Ergobaby Coupons & Promo Codes for October 2026

Ergobaby shopping guide: how to save more

Ergobaby at a glance

Ergobaby is best known for its ergonomic baby carriers, and it also sells compact strollers, baby bouncers and accessories. Buying directly from ergobaby.com gives you access to the brand’s own promotions, bundles and newsletter discount, along with its return policy and lifetime guarantee.

Best ways to save at Ergobaby

• Shop the current promotion. As of October 2026 Ergobaby is running a limited-time offer of 25% off select carriers and strollers, with the discount shown as marked on eligible products. No end date is posted, so the offer could end without notice.
• Join the newsletter. Ergobaby offers 15% off your first purchase when you sign up for its emails. This is a good option if the item you want is not already on sale.
• Buy a bundle. The Bundle & Save collection pairs products at a lower price than buying them separately. For example, Ergobaby has listed a newborn bundle and a travel stroller bundle below their combined regular prices.
• Spend at least $50. Orders over $50 ship free within the contiguous US, while smaller orders carry a $5 shipping fee.
• Check clearance. Ergobaby has a Last Chance section for items that are being phased out, which can be worth browsing for colors or styles that are leaving the lineup.

Shipping

According to Ergobaby’s shipping policy, US orders over $50 ship free to the contiguous United States. Orders under $50 have a $5 shipping fee, and additional fees apply for Alaska, Hawaii and other non-contiguous areas. Standard delivery takes about 7 to 10 days including handling time, with orders typically processed within 1 business day. If you are shopping close to a due date or baby shower, order early to allow for transit time.

Returns

Items bought directly from ergobaby.com can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Products must be in like-new condition, in their original packaging and with valid proof of purchase. Returns must be started through Ergobaby’s online return portal before you ship anything back, and packages without a valid return label are refused. Customers pay return shipping, which the portal quotes based on location and weight. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and Ergobaby says to allow about two weeks after your return is delivered for processing.

Items bought from other authorized retailers must be returned to that retailer, not to Ergobaby. Before returning a carrier because of fit or setup trouble, note that Ergobaby encourages customers to contact it first and offers complimentary help from babywearing consultants.

ErgoPromise Lifetime Guarantee

Ergobaby backs its products with the ErgoPromise Lifetime Guarantee. If you find a manufacturing or material defect, Ergobaby says it will replace the product or the defective part at no charge. The guarantee covers all carriers and bouncers, plus other Ergobaby products purchased after January 1, 2025. Ergobaby notes that lifetime refers to the lifetime of the product, not your lifetime.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, loss or theft, improper care, misuse or natural color fading. It applies only to original, unaltered items and only to the original owner. To make a claim, contact Ergobaby Customer Care with proof of purchase; you prepay shipping to send the product in for evaluation.

Rewards and referrals

Ergobaby’s site references a Refer A Friend program, but we could not confirm the reward amounts or a points-based loyalty program on its official pages as of October 2026. If either matters to you, check your account area on ergobaby.com for current details.

Special discounts

We could not find a published student, military, teacher, medical or first-responder discount on Ergobaby’s US website as of October 2026. The newsletter discount, bundles and site-wide promotions are the main savings Ergobaby advertises directly.

Payment options

Accepted payment methods appear at checkout on ergobaby.com. We did not confirm a full list of payment types or buy now, pay later options, so review the checkout page if you plan to pay a specific way.

Ergobaby sale calendar

Ergobaby runs limited-time promotions on selected carriers and strollers, like the current 25% off offer, and keeps a standing Bundle & Save collection. It does not publish a fixed sale calendar, so we have not listed specific sale dates. Subscribing to the newsletter is the easiest way to hear about the next promotion.

How to use a promo code at Ergobaby

The 15% newsletter discount is delivered after you sign up. To use a code from Ergobaby:

1. Add your products to the cart on ergobaby.com.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. Enter the code in the discount code field and apply it.
4. Check that the discount shows in your order summary before you pay.

Some codes may not combine with sale prices or other promotions. If a code is rejected, read its terms or contact Ergobaby Customer Care.

Tips for getting the most value

• Compare the current promotion with the newsletter discount and use whichever saves more, since sale prices and codes may not stack.
• If you need several items, such as a carrier and a bouncer, price the matching bundle before buying them one at a time.
• Group smaller accessory purchases into one order so you clear the $50 free shipping threshold.
• Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase. You will need it for a return within 30 days and for any ErgoPromise warranty claim later on.
• Ask Ergobaby’s babywearing consultants for help before deciding a carrier does not fit, because a quick adjustment can save you the cost of return shipping.
• Buy from ergobaby.com or an authorized retailer so your product is eligible for the guarantee and so you know which return policy applies.
