NAPA Auto Parts sells replacement parts, batteries, fluids, tools and accessories online at napaonline.com and through thousands of local stores. Best ways to save at NAPA

• Check the Deals page first. NAPA posts online-only percentage-off promotions on larger orders, along with brand deals on items such as wiper blades, lighting, shop rags and gloves.

• Use your AAA membership. AAA members save 10% on thousands of eligible parts. Note that this is the only parts discount NAPA accepts, and it cannot be combined with other offers.
• Reach $49 for free shipping. Standard shipping is free on qualifying NAPAonline orders of $49 or more.
• Pick up in store. Buy Online, Pick Up In Store avoids shipping costs entirely and is often ready in about 30 minutes.
• Consider NAPA Credit Card financing for big jobs. Promotional financing is available on larger purchases at participating locations.

Shipping and delivery

According to NAPA's free shipping page, orders of $49 or more at NAPAonline ship free by standard ground to the contiguous United States. The offer covers in-stock items only and excludes special orders and hazardous items such as AGM and lithium-ion batteries. Taxes and core charges do not count toward the $49 minimum, and Alaska, Hawaii and other locations are charged separately. Ground shipping usually takes 2 to 5 business days, and orders placed before 3 p.m. ET on weekdays are processed the same day. NAPA also offers same-day delivery on in-stock orders in select markets and one-day or two-day shipping in some areas.

Accessories sold through NAPAonline.com/accessories have their own terms: orders over $49 ship free, orders under $49 carry a $9.99 fee, and custom or made-to-order items can take two to three weeks.

Returns

NAPA's returns page says you can return items purchased from NAPAonline within 30 days of receiving them. New items must be in their original packaging and condition, and damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items are also accepted. For ship-to-home returns, request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number for a free UPS return, or bring the item and your order confirmation to a participating NAPA Auto Parts store. Clearance and final-sale items cannot be returned, and batteries must go back to a store rather than by UPS. Refunds are issued within 15 business days of NAPA receiving the item. Used cores should be returned within 30 days (45 days in California for lead-acid batteries) in the box from the new part.

NAPA Rewards

NAPA Rewards is free to join in participating stores or at napaonline.com/rewards. Per the program terms, members earn 1 point for each $1 spent and receive a $5 merchandise reward for every 100 points. Points expire one year after they are earned, and issued rewards expire 90 days after they are earned, so plan to use them promptly. Commercial and wholesale accounts that already receive a standing discount are not eligible.

Special discounts

NAPA's main published group discount is for AAA members, who save 10% off the retail price of thousands of parts. Show your card in store, or enter your AAA details for online pickup or ship-to-home orders. The discount excludes many categories, including chemicals, fluids, paint, spark plugs, tools and equipment, special orders, engines and transmissions. As of September 2026, NAPA does not publish a student, teacher or first-responder discount on napaonline.com, and we could not confirm a nationwide military discount. Some independently owned stores may run their own local offers, so ask your store.

Price match

NAPA does not publish a general price match policy for parts. The exception is NAPAonline.com/accessories, which guarantees the lowest price and will beat a lower advertised price by a dollar, up to a year after your order. The product, part number and shipping method must match, and clearance, special-order and refurbished items are excluded.

Payment and financing

The NAPA Credit Card, issued through Synchrony, offers 6 months of promotional financing on purchases of $199 or more at participating locations. Cardholders who pay for repair services at NAPA AutoCare centers can extend Peace of Mind Warranty coverage to 36 months or 36,000 miles. The card has no annual fee, but the standard purchase APR is high, so pay off promotional balances before the period ends. NAPA gift cards are also available.

NAPA sale calendar
