Neiman Marcus Coupons & Promo Codes for October 2026

Neiman Marcus shopping guide: how to save more

Neiman Marcus at a glance

Neiman Marcus is a luxury retailer, so sitewide promo codes are uncommon. The realistic ways to save are its sale section, free shipping, and the InCircle rewards program for cardholders. Here is what the store lists on its own site as of September 2026.

Best ways to save at Neiman Marcus

• Shop the sale section. Neiman Marcus keeps a permanent sale area covering women's, men's, kids and home, plus a New Markdowns page for recently reduced items.
• Reach the free shipping threshold. Standard shipping is free on qualifying US orders of $50 or more after discounts.
• Earn InCircle points if you use the store card. Cardholders earn points on eligible purchases and receive Point Cards to spend at Neiman Marcus.
• Watch for bonus point events. Neiman Marcus runs InCircle bonus point promotions at certain times, which can raise the value you earn on a purchase.
• Check the offers page. The Offers and Sales page gathers limited-time promotions in one place.

Sale and markdowns

The Neiman Marcus sale section is always available and is organized by department, so you can filter to women's clothing, shoes, handbags, men's, kids or home. The New Markdowns pages highlight items that were recently reduced. Discounts vary by item and by event, and some sale periods add an extra percentage off already-reduced prices. Sale stock is limited and popular sizes sell out quickly, so it pays to check early in an event.

Shipping

Neiman Marcus offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $50 or more before shipping and taxes, after all discounts are applied, for standard US domestic orders. Items that need special delivery, oversized or heavy items, vendor-shipped merchandise, orders shipping outside the US and select categories are excluded. Faster shipping is available for a fee, and eligible InCircle members get free 2-day shipping.

Returns

You can start a return online through the Neiman Marcus assistance site. Return windows, final-sale exclusions and any fees can vary by item and change over time, so check the current return policy on the site before buying sale or personalized items. As of September 2026 we could not confirm a specific return window from the official site, so verify it on the returns page for your order.

InCircle rewards program

InCircle is Neiman Marcus's loyalty program, and it requires a Neiman Marcus or Bergdorf Goodman credit card. According to the program page, members earn 2 base points per eligible dollar spent, rising to 5 base points per dollar after $75,000 in annual spending. Every 10,000 points converts into a $100 Point Card that can be used without merchandise exclusions. Point Cards expire roughly six months after they are issued, so plan to use them.

Members move through levels from Circle One up to President's Circle and Chairman's Circle based on annual spending. Perks listed for higher levels include free 2-day shipping on online and catalog orders (Circle Two and above), free gift packaging, Perk Cards for in-store services and InCircle Concierge access at Circle Four and above. New cardholders are offered 5,000 InCircle bonus points with a qualifying purchase within 30 days of opening the account. Program terms can change, so confirm current details on the InCircle page before you apply.

Special discounts

Neiman Marcus does not list a student, military, teacher or senior discount as of September 2026. Savings for most shoppers come from the sale section, free shipping and, for cardholders, InCircle rewards.

Price adjustments

Neiman Marcus does not publish a general price match policy on the pages we reviewed. If an item you bought goes on sale shortly after purchase, contact customer service to ask whether a price adjustment is possible for your order.

Payment options

Neiman Marcus accepts major credit cards and its own Neiman Marcus credit card, and it sells physical and virtual gift cards that can be used online and in stores. You can check a gift card balance on the assistance site. Using the store card is the only way to earn InCircle points.

Tips for shopping the designer sale

• Filter by size and designer first, since sale stock is limited and popular sizes go quickly.
• Check the New Markdowns pages regularly, because reductions are added throughout the season.
• Read the product page for any final-sale note before you buy, as some reduced items cannot be returned.
• Keep your cart at $50 or more after discounts to get free standard shipping.
• If you already carry the Neiman Marcus card, time larger purchases for InCircle bonus point events.
• Sign up for Neiman Marcus emails to hear about sale events and extra-off promotions when they start.

Sale calendar

Neiman Marcus runs end-of-season designer sales, and extra-percentage-off events on sale items appear several times a year. It also holds InCircle bonus point events and holiday promotions in the fall. Exact dates are announced on the site, so check the Offers and Sales page rather than relying on a fixed calendar.

How to use a Neiman Marcus promo code

• Find a current promotion on the Neiman Marcus Offers and Sales page or in an email from the store.
• Add eligible items to your bag and go to checkout.
• Enter the promo code in the promo code field if the offer requires one; many sale prices apply automatically.
• Confirm the discount appears before submitting payment.
• Pay with your Neiman Marcus card if you want to earn InCircle points on the order.
