Price matching & price adjustments

Old Navy does not match competitors' prices. It does offer a one-time price adjustment if an item you bought drops in price at Old Navy shortly after purchase, typically within 14 days. In-store purchases are adjusted at a store with your receipt; online orders are handled through customer service by chat or phone. Items bought with a promo code (other than a free shipping code) and final sale items don't qualify.
