Parachute Coupons & Promo Codes for October 2026

Parachute shopping guide: how to save more

Guide last reviewed: September 2026

How to save at Parachute: the smartest ways

1. Buy bundles instead of single pieces. Parachute's 15% Bundle Discount collection pairs sheets with duvet covers, or towels with bath accessories, at 15% off.
2. Shop the Sale section. The Sale collection lists items Parachute is retiring, with markdowns on bedding, bath, decor and apparel. Most are marked final sale.
3. Time big purchases around the two main sales. Parachute says it typically holds two sales a year, one around Memorial Day and one around Black Friday / Cyber Monday.
4. Sign up for the newsletter. Parachute says email subscribers get a discount on their first order. Check the sign-up form for the current amount.
5. Skip third-party coupon codes. Parachute states it does not offer discount codes and will not honor codes from third-party discount sites.
6. Return in store if you can. In-store returns are free, while mail-in and Happy Returns Bar returns cost $8, deducted from your refund.
7. Use the mattress trial. The Parachute mattress comes with a free 100-night trial, so you can test it at home before committing.
8. Ask about trade pricing. Qualified interior designers and architects can apply for Parachute's trade program for a discount on eligible products.

Shipping & delivery

As of September 2026, Parachute offers free standard shipping via UPS Ground on every order. Faster shipping is available for 15% of the order total, with a $40 minimum charge. Parachute ships to the US, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to Canada, but not to APO, DPO or FPO addresses.

Mattress delivery estimates listed in Parachute's FAQ are about 3 to 7 days for the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, Southeast and Midwest, 4 to 10 days for central states, and 5 to 13 days for the West Coast.

Return & exchange policy

Parachute accepts returns of most items within 60 days of receipt, according to its returns page. How you return affects the cost:

• In a Parachute store: free, with refunds posting in about 1 to 3 business days.
• At a Happy Returns Bar: $8 fee deducted from the refund; refunds in about 3 to 5 business days.
• By mail: $8 fee deducted from the refund; about 10 to 14 business days to process, then 3 to 5 days to appear.

Returns are not accepted for duvet inserts, pillows, mattress pads, feather beds, rugs or final sale items, and oversized quilts cannot go to Happy Returns Bars. Parachute offers free limited exchanges for the same product in a different color at Happy Returns Bars and by mail. Parachute says returns for store credit are free.

Bedding does not have a separate trial beyond the 60-day return window. The mattress has a free 100-night trial: you have 100 days from delivery to schedule a pickup for a refund.

Before buying from the Sale collection, double-check the listing: items marked final sale cannot be returned, so confirm size, color and fabric first. For regular-price bedding, keep packaging and receipts so a return within 60 days is straightforward.

Rewards & membership

Parachute does not run a points or loyalty program as of September 2026. The closest thing is the newsletter, which offers a discount on your first order and brings sale announcements.

Student, military, teacher & other discounts

We did not find a student, military, teacher or healthcare discount on Parachute's official site. Parachute does run a trade program for qualified design professionals, such as ASID or AIA members, NCIDQ-certified designers, or holders of a valid business license. Trade discounts cannot be combined with sale discounts.

Price matching & price adjustments

Parachute states that it does not offer price adjustments on purchases made before or after sales events. It also does not "double discount": during a sale, bundles are discounted from their full value rather than from the usual bundle price. Furniture, gift cards and donations are excluded from sales events.

The practical takeaway is to decide on large purchases, such as a full bedding set, close to one of the two main sale periods rather than just before them. If you need something right away, the 15% bundle discount is the best regular-price option.

Payment options

Parachute accepts all major credit cards and PayPal online. You can also pay with Afterpay (four interest-free payments every two weeks) or Affirm (fixed payments over 3, 6 or 12 months at 10% to 30% APR). Stores accept credit cards, debit cards and gift cards. Digital gift cards are delivered by email right after purchase.

When Parachute has its biggest sales

Parachute says it typically holds two sales per year: one around Memorial Day and one around Black Friday / Cyber Monday. It has also run shorter holiday promotions, such as a Labor Day sale, with terms posted on its promotion terms page. Between events, the bundle discount and the Sale collection are the steadiest ways to save.

Keep in mind that during sale events furniture is typically excluded, and bundles are discounted from their full value rather than stacking the bundle discount on top of the sale.

How to use a Parachute promo code

Parachute says it does not offer discount codes. Sale pricing and bundle discounts are shown on product pages, and event discounts are applied at checkout based on posted terms. If you receive a first-order discount after signing up for emails, follow the instructions in that email and confirm the discount appears in your cart before you pay.
