PUMA Coupons & Promo Codes for October 2026

PUMA shopping guide: how to save more

Guide last reviewed: September 2026

How to save at PUMA: the smartest ways

1. Shop the extra-off-sale events. As of September 2026, PUMA is running an extra 30% off select sale styles from September 21 to 27, 2026. These stacked-on-sale events are usually the lowest prices you will see on PUMA.com.
2. Get the email sign-up code. New subscribers get a one-time 20% off code. It excludes new releases, NITRO products, select Sport categories, clearance and licensed jerseys, so it works best on full-price core styles.
3. Use the Service Discount if you qualify. Doctors, nurses, first responders, military personnel and other qualified members can get 20% off their order on PUMA.com after verifying through ID.me.
4. Students should check Student Beans. PUMA links to a student discount hosted by Student Beans; verify there to get the current student offer.
5. Reach the $60 free shipping threshold. Standard shipping is $8 below $60 (pretax). Adding socks or a cap is often cheaper than paying for shipping.
6. Read the promotion exclusions. PUMA keeps a sale terms and conditions page listing what each offer excludes. Most offers cannot be combined with each other.
7. Check the sale section often. The PUMA sale page gets new markdowns regularly across sneakers, apparel and accessories for men, women and kids.
8. Buy gift cards for others instead of guessing sizes. PUMA sells gift cards, and free returns mean sizing mistakes are easy to fix if you do buy shoes as gifts.

Shipping & delivery options

As of September 2026, PUMA lists these shipping options on its shipping and delivery page:

• Standard shipping: $8.00 for orders under $60; free when your pretax total is $60 or more (contiguous US).
• P.O. Box shipping: $8.00 for orders under $60.
• Economy: $15.00 for Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and US territories; APO/FPO and some remote orders can take 30 to 45 days via USPS.
• Expedited: $20.00 on all orders.
• Next business day: $30.00; orders placed after noon ET ship the following business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays, and multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking.

Return & exchange policy

PUMA accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for most products, with free prepaid return labels for orders placed on PUMA.com (not available for APO/FPO or US territory addresses). Some high-demand launches, such as PUMA x LAMELO BALL and FENTY x PUMA shoes, have a shorter 15-day window. Gift cards, customized products, bodywear and final-sale items cannot be returned.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically take 1 to 2 weeks after PUMA receives the package; gift card purchases are refunded as an e-gift card. PUMA does not offer direct exchanges, but it provides free standard shipping on the replacement order. Store purchases can be returned to any PUMA store with the original payment method. Full details are on the returns and exchanges page.

Rewards and membership explained

We did not find a points-based loyalty program on PUMA.com during our September 2026 review. The main sign-up perk is the email newsletter, which delivers a one-time 20% off code for new subscribers. Having an account still helps with order tracking and faster checkout, and subscribers hear about extra-off-sale events first. If PUMA launches a loyalty program, check the site footer for details.

PUMA also runs flagship stores in New York City and Las Vegas, which sometimes host store-only launches and events. For online shoppers, the smartest routine is simple: subscribe to emails once for the 20% welcome code, then wait for an extra-off-sale event before buying anything already marked down, since those events stack an extra percentage on top of existing sale prices.

Student, military, teacher & other discounts

PUMA runs a Service Discount: doctors, nurses, first responders, military personnel and other qualified members can receive 20% off their order on PUMA.com after verifying with ID.me. Students can access a student discount through PUMA’s Student Beans page; the offer amount is shown after you verify. We did not see a separate teacher discount published, so teachers should check the ID.me eligibility list at checkout. These discounts generally cannot be combined with other promotions.

Price matching & price adjustments

PUMA does not publish a price match or price adjustment policy, and its promotions exclude past purchases. If a price drops soon after you buy, the free 30-day return window lets you return the item and reorder at the lower price if it is still in stock.

Payment options

PUMA refunds to credit and debit cards, PayPal and gift cards, which confirms these as accepted payment methods on PUMA.com. PUMA gift cards can be checked on its gift card balance page. Other options, such as buy now, pay later services, appear at checkout if available.

When PUMA has its biggest sales

• Seasonal extra-off-sale events: like the extra 30% off sale running September 21 to 27, 2026.
• Black Friday and Cyber Monday: historically PUMA’s largest discount window of the year.
• End of season: summer and winter clearance as new collections arrive.
• Back to school: late July through August for sneakers and training gear.

How to use a PUMA promo code

1. Add items to your cart on PUMA.com and go to the cart or checkout.
2. Find the promo code box and enter your code exactly as shown, for example the email sign-up code or an event code printed on the site banner.
3. Apply the code and confirm the discount shows in the order summary.
4. If the code fails, check the item against the promotion exclusions; many offers exclude new releases, NITRO, clearance or licensed products, and only one offer can be used per order.
