Quince Coupons & Promo Codes for October 2026

Quince shopping guide: how to save more

Guide last reviewed: September 2026

How to save at Quince: the smartest ways

1. Start from the everyday price. Quince says openly that it does not publish discount codes, promo codes or coupons. Its pitch is low everyday pricing from selling direct, so the listed price is usually the price you pay.
2. Bundle items you would buy anyway. The Bundle & Save section groups sheets, duvet covers, pillows and 3-packs of basics, with savings of up to 25% compared with buying the same pieces separately.
3. Verify with ID.me if you qualify. New customers who are U.S. military, first responders, nurses or educators can get 10% off after verifying through ID.me, as described on the Quince offers page.
4. Use a friend's referral for your first order. A referral link gives a new customer $20 off a first purchase of $100 or more before taxes, so plan a first order that clears $100.
5. Refer others once you are a customer. Each friend who uses your link on a qualifying first order earns you $20 toward your next order.
6. Browse the Everyday Steals page. The Everyday Steals collection gathers lower-priced basics across women, men, home, kids and beauty in one place.
7. Check subscribe options on consumables. Some wellness products show a subscribe option with a small saving (for example 5% on a collagen product at the time of review). Look for it on the product page.
8. Rely on the long return window. With free returns for up to 365 days on most items, you can try bedding and clothing at home without paying return shipping, as long as items stay unworn, unwashed and tagged.

Shipping & delivery

As of September 2026, Quince states that standard shipping is always free. It ships to the United States, including non-contiguous states, and to Canada. It does not ship to Guam or to APO, FPO or DPO addresses.

Quince does not publish a single delivery time. Estimated delivery dates show at checkout once you enter your address, and they vary by item and destination. Furniture comes with free white-glove delivery, which includes placement, assembly and packaging removal, but only within the contiguous US.

Return & exchange policy

Most items can be returned free within 365 days of delivery, according to the Quince shipping and returns policy. Quince provides a prepaid label. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered with tags attached, in their original inner packaging (the outer shipping box is not required). Underwear, swimwear and bodysuits must have hygiene tags intact.

Some categories have shorter windows or fees:

• Stocked furniture: 30 days; made-to-order furniture: 7 days, with a 15% fee on furniture returns.
• Wall art: 30 days from receipt.
• Engagement rings: 60 days.
• Made-to-order items carry a $35 restocking fee, and returned jewelry is subject to recertification fees of $30 to $100.
• Final sale, customized and limited edition items cannot be returned. Gold bars, caviar and wine are final sale.

Store credit is usually processed in about 3 business days and refunds to the original payment method in about 7 business days. Exchange orders ship as soon as the carrier first scans your return.

Rewards & membership

Quince does not run a points or paid membership program. Its main loyalty feature is refer-a-friend: you give friends $20 off their first order of $100 or more and get $20 toward your next order. Quince also mentions partner offers that let you earn Quince credit through partner purchases; check the offers page for current partners.

Student, military, teacher & other discounts

Quince offers 10% off to new customers verified through ID.me as U.S. military, first responders, nurses or educators. We did not find a separate student discount on the official site as of September 2026.

Price matching & price adjustments

Quince does not publish a price match or price adjustment policy. Because prices are set as everyday prices rather than frequent markdowns, the practical safety net is the 365-day return window on most items. For a specific question about a recent price change, contact Quince customer service.

If you are unsure whether an item suits you, the long return window works in your favor, but keep tags on and packaging intact until you are sure. Items that are worn, washed or altered do not qualify, even within 365 days.

Payment options

Quince's refund policy refers to credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay and Amazon Pay, which confirms those as payment methods. Refund windows differ by method: 365 days for cards, 180 days for PayPal and Klarna, 120 days for Afterpay and 90 days for Amazon Pay. Quince also sells gift cards.

When Quince has its biggest sales

Quince positions itself as a no-sale, everyday-price brand, so there are few classic markdown events. It does run occasional events such as Quince Day (which had ended at the time of review), and bundle savings are available year-round. Seasonal gift shopping periods are a good time to check the site for featured collections, but we could not confirm fixed sale dates.

How to use a Quince promo code

Quince says it does not offer public discount codes, so be wary of codes posted on third-party sites. Savings come instead from bundles, referral links and ID.me verification:

1. For a referral, open the link a friend sends you and build a cart of $100 or more before taxes.
2. For the service and education discount, verify through ID.me from the Quince offers page before you check out.
3. Review your order total at checkout to confirm the discount applied, then complete your order.
