Radio Flyer Coupons & Promo Codes for October 2026

Radio Flyer shopping guide: how to save more

Radio Flyer at a glance

Radio Flyer is the Chicago company behind the classic little red wagon. It sells directly through its own website as well as through other retailers. Direct sales come with free shipping over a modest minimum, a small sale section and a few targeted programs, so most shoppers save by meeting the shipping threshold, checking the Current Sale page and using a program that fits their family.

Best ways to save at Radio Flyer

• Reach $49 for free shipping. Orders with a subtotal of $49 or more before taxes ship free with standard shipping to the contiguous US. Below that, shipping is a flat $9.99.
• Check the Current Sale collection. Radio Flyer keeps a sale page for marked-down items. As of early October 2026 it lists a limited edition City Luxe folding wagon with canopy at $229, with very low stock.
• Ask about Fearless Flyers. Families of children with special needs can apply for a 25% discount code when a medical professional confirms a Radio Flyer product will benefit the child.
• Use a referral for a Flyer eBike. New Flyer eBike buyers save $50 with a friend’s referral link, and the friend gets a $50 gift card.
• Join the newsletter. Radio Flyer invites shoppers to sign up for offers, stories and event news. It does not list a fixed sign-up discount, so treat this as a way to hear about future sales.

Shipping

Radio Flyer offers free standard shipping on orders with a subtotal of $49 or more before taxes, and you must select the Free Shipping option at checkout. Orders under $49 pay a flat $9.99. Free shipping does not apply to replacement parts orders, bulk orders of six or more products, or addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, US military locations and other non-contiguous areas. Oversized items can carry extra surcharges, and gift cards do not count toward the minimum. Most orders ship within one to two business days, and multi-item orders may arrive in separate boxes.

Returns

Most finished goods can be returned within 45 days of delivery if they are new, unassembled and in their original packaging. Flyer eBikes and eScooters have a 30-day window and come with a free prepaid return label, while customers pay return shipping on most other items. Refunds cover the item price and applicable sales tax, not shipping, assembly fees or large package surcharges. Personalized items, replacement parts and a few specific models are final sale, and gift returns may be issued as store credit.

Fearless Flyers special needs discount

Fearless Flyers gives a 25% discount to families with children who have special needs. A medical professional must determine that a specific Radio Flyer product will benefit the child, and you submit a signed medical form with a request form on the Radio Flyer website. A unique code arrives by email within five to seven business days. The code is valid for 30 days, can be used once, cannot be combined with other promotions and excludes Flyer eBikes, accessories and replacement parts. Households can apply once per calendar year.

Flyer eBike referral program

If a friend already owns a Flyer eBike, ask for their referral link before you buy. New Flyer customers who purchase an eBike through the link get $50 off their first eBike, and the referrer receives a $50 gift card for each successful referral, up to ten gift cards. No other promo codes can be used on that order, and referrals cannot be applied after purchase.

Radio Flyer also keeps a page listing government and utility e-bike rebate programs in places such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon and Washington. These rebates are run by outside agencies, so check each program’s rules directly.

Warranty

Most wagons, tricycles, climbers and ride-ons carry a one-year warranty from the original purchase date, extended to two years if you register the product within a year. Kid bikes have a five-year frame and fork warranty, and Flyer eBikes have a lifetime frame and fork warranty with two years on other components. Claims need a receipt and photos of the defect.

Special discounts and rewards

We could not confirm a public student, military, teacher or first responder discount, or a points-based loyalty program, on Radio Flyer’s website as of October 2026. Fearless Flyers is the main official discount program for families.

Payment options and gift cards

Radio Flyer sells digital gift cards on its website, which make an easy gift for families who want to choose their own wagon or trike. We could not confirm a full list of accepted payment methods or buy-now-pay-later options on the pages we reviewed, so check the options shown at checkout.

Sale calendar

Radio Flyer does not publish a fixed sale calendar. Markdowns appear in the Current Sale collection as products change, so the best approach is to check that page and the newsletter before big gift-giving seasons.
