Saatva Coupons & Promo Codes for October 2026

Saatva shopping guide: how to save more

Guide last reviewed: September 2026

How to save at Saatva: the smartest ways

1. Know that Saatva does not use coupon codes. Saatva's help center says it does not offer promo codes or coupons. Savings come from limited-time sales, its discount program and its referral program.
2. Check the sale page before you buy. In late September 2026 the Mattress Madness Sale offered 15% off orders of $1,000 or more, ending September 24. Sales like this come and go, so check what is running now.
3. Use the discount program if you qualify. Active military, veterans, first responders, government employees, nurses and other healthcare workers, teachers, students and seniors get $225 off orders of $1,000 or more after verifying with ID.me. See the discount program details.
4. Let Saatva pick the bigger saving. Discounts cannot be combined, and Saatva says checkout automatically applies whichever discount is larger. On a large order during a percentage-off sale, the sale may beat the flat $225.
5. Get a referral from a Saatva owner. Through the Ambassador program, a referred friend gets $100 off a purchase of $1,000 or more, and the person who referred them earns $100.
6. Buy pillows and nightstands in pairs. The sale page lists savings of up to $60 on pillow pairs and $200 off when you buy two nightstands.
7. Look at bundles. Saatva sells mattress and bedding bundles, such as the Classic Bundle and bedding bundles, which can cost less than buying each piece.
8. Spread the cost or use pre-tax money. Affirm financing is available from 0% APR for qualified buyers, and Saatva lists HSA/FSA reimbursement through Truemed.

Shipping & delivery

Saatva's delivery policy includes free white glove delivery for mattresses, furniture and rugs. The crew brings the item into the room you choose and sets it up. If you select it at checkout, they will also take away your old mattress and foundation or box spring for free. Removal excludes waterbed bases, standard bed frames, Sleep Number bases and damaged items.

• Mattresses: typically a 9 to 21 day delivery window.
• Furniture and rugs: typically 3 to 4 weeks.
• Bedding, bath, lamps, dog beds and toppers: free ground shipping. Orders leave the warehouse in 2 to 3 business days and arrive 5 to 8 business days after carrier pickup.

Delivery is for the continental US only, and remote zip codes can take longer. You will get a 4-hour delivery window the day before, and rescheduling is free.

Return & exchange policy

Saatva's 365-night home trial lets you sleep on a mattress for up to a full year. Here is how returns work by product type as of September 2026:

• Mattresses and furniture: up to 365 nights. A $99 processing fee covers pickup, and the rest of the purchase price is refunded. Exchanges are allowed during the trial with a $99 delivery and pickup fee. Saatva adjustable bases cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Mattress toppers: 180 nights with free return shipping. There are no exchanges, so return and buy again.
• Bedding, crib mattresses and decor: 45 nights with free return shipping and no restocking fees. Saatva asks you to wash used items before returning them, since returns are donated. Rugs can be exchanged for a $99 processing fee.

You start a return through the Order Tracker, and a sleep guide contacts you within 24 hours. Saatva mattresses also come with a lifetime warranty.

Rewards & membership

We did not find a points or loyalty program on Saatva's site as of September 2026. The Ambassador referral program is the closest thing. Share your link, and when a friend buys $1,000 or more, they get $100 off and you earn $100, with no stated limit on how much you can earn. Saatva also runs programs for interior designers (the Design Trade Program, 14% cash back on orders), hospitality buyers and chiropractors. The email list is the easiest way to hear about sales.

Student, military, teacher & other discounts

Saatva's year-round discount program takes $225 off orders of $1,000 or more. You verify at checkout through ID.me. According to Saatva's discount program article, eligible groups include:

• Military: active duty, National Guard, Reserves, veterans, retirees, spouses and immediate family
• First responders: law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs and 911 dispatchers
• Healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, therapists and pharmacists
• Teachers and students (college, university, community and technical college)
• Government employees with a .gov email address, and seniors 65 and older

The discount cannot be combined with other offers. When more than one applies, Saatva applies the larger one.

Price matching & price adjustments

We found no price-match or price-adjustment policy on Saatva's official site. Because sales and the discount program cannot be combined, compare the current sale with the $225 discount before ordering. If a sale starts soon after you buy, contact Saatva's customer help center to ask what it can do. We could not confirm a policy, so do not count on an adjustment.

Payment options

Saatva offers financing through Affirm, with 6, 12 or 18 monthly payments and rates as low as 0% APR for qualified buyers. Affirm shows the full cost before you confirm and charges no late fees. Saatva notes that its Klarna financing ended in 2022. HSA/FSA reimbursement is available through Truemed on its reimbursement page. For credit cards and other methods, check at checkout.

When Saatva has its biggest sales

Saatva runs limited-time sales on its website and in its Saatva Viewing Rooms. These are often a percentage off orders above a set amount, like the 15% off $1,000+ Mattress Madness Sale in September 2026. Holiday weekends tend to bring sales, and Saatva's own blog discusses Veterans Day mattress sales. Exact dates and discounts change, so check the sale page or join the email list before a big purchase.

How to use a Saatva promo code

1. Saatva does not issue general promo codes or coupons, so you usually do not need one.
2. Sale discounts are applied automatically when your cart meets the conditions, such as a minimum order amount.
3. For the discount program, choose the discount option at checkout and verify with ID.me. The $225 is then applied to orders of $1,000 or more.
4. For referrals, open your friend's Ambassador link before you buy so the $100 off is applied.
5. Check the order summary before paying. Only one discount applies, and Saatva uses the larger one.
