Sub Club rewards program

Sub Club is Subway’s free rewards program in the US. According to Subway’s rewards page, members earn 10 points for every $1 spent, and 400 points convert to $2 in Subway Cash that can be applied toward food and beverages. New members receive 250 bonus points when they join, which gets you more than halfway to your first reward.

Members who save their birthday in their Sub Club profile get a birthday surprise from Subway. Subway also says members can access exclusive deals in the Subway app that are not available to everyone. Fresh Value Menu

Subway notes that prices are higher in California, Washington, Alaska and Hawaii, that availability varies by restaurant, that delivery add-on fees are excluded, and that the value menu cannot be combined with other offers. You can order these items in the app, on Subway.com or from the menu boards in participating restaurants.

Ordering, pickup and delivery

You can place orders on Subway.com or in the Subway app and pick them up at the restaurant you choose, or order delivery where a participating location offers it. Prices, menu items and delivery fees are set at the restaurant level and can vary, so the price you see after selecting your local restaurant is the one that applies. When you compare a deal against delivery, remember that Subway’s own value menu excludes delivery add-on fees, which means the total for a delivered order can be higher than the menu price suggests.

Catering

Subway catering is ordered through ezCater for pickup or delivery. Options include classic and premium sandwich and wrap platters that serve 5 to 9 people, assorted lunch box bundles that serve 12, and individual lunch boxes that each include a six-inch sub, chips, a cookie and a soda. Subway says platters start at $7 per person in select areas and that same-day orders can be ready in 5 hours or less. Pricing varies by location, so get a quote for your own restaurant before you plan a budget.

Gift cards

Subway sells physical gift cards and eGift cards through its gift card partner, and businesses buying $1,000 or more in cards can use Subway’s bulk ordering site, which Subway describes as offering discounted pricing. Existing cards can be reloaded from your Subway profile, and there is a balance check tool on Subway.com. Gift cards can also be used in the Subway app on iOS and Android.

Subway sale calendar

Subway does not run a fixed sale calendar, but its newsroom shows the kinds of promotions it tends to run. In 2026 these included 2 six-inch subs for $6 on February 6, free footlong upgrades on National Meatball Day in March, BOGO footlongs at the end of March, and a movie tie-in meal deal in June. Most of these lasted only a day or a few days and were often tied to the app or to Sub Club. Following the app and the newsroom is the most reliable way to catch the next one.

How to use a promo code at Subway

Most Subway savings are applied as app deals or Sub Club rewards rather than typed codes. When you order on Subway.com or in the app:

3. Add items to your bag and open the deals or rewards area before checkout.
