Trade-in
Club trade-in credit toward new clubs bought on the site
TaylorMade is one of the best-known names in golf equipment, and its own website is the place to find the newest clubs, the full golf ball lineup and custom options you will not always see in big-box stores. Discounts on brand-new club launches are rare, so most of the savings come from the sale section, the rewards program, trade-ins and the ID.me discount for eligible groups. This guide walks through each option so you can decide which one fits your next order.
Best ways to save at TaylorMade
Join Team TaylorMade Rewards. Creating an account earns 150 points, which the program values at $5. You keep earning points on every dollar you spend, and you can pick up extra points for writing reviews, signing up for emails or texts, and tracking rounds in the app.
Check the sale section. TaylorMade keeps a sale area with previous-generation drivers, irons and fairways, plus golf balls, bags, headwear and accessories. When we looked, markdowns on clubs ran roughly 20% to 50% below the original prices, but the selection is small and changes often.
Watch limited-time golf ball pricing. In early October 2026 the site was promoting Tour Response and Tour Response Stripe golf balls at $39.99 per dozen as a limited-time offer. No end date was shown, so buy soon if you want that price.
Trade in your old clubs. The trade-in program lets you get a value for your current clubs and use it against new clubs in the same order.
Verify with ID.me if you qualify. Military members, first responders, nurses and teachers can get 15% off online after verifying.
Team TaylorMade Rewards
The loyalty program has four tiers. Everyone starts at On the Tee, which earns 1 point per $1 spent and includes free returns and free shipping on orders over $100. Spending $300 moves you to Par, which adds a $15 tier bonus and early access to some exclusive products. At $750 you reach Birdie, which earns 1.25 points per $1, adds a $25 tier bonus and free shipping on all orders. The top Eagle tier starts at $2,500 in spending and earns 1.5 points per $1, with a $50 tier bonus, free two-day shipping and free personalization on MySymbol golf balls.
Every 30 points is worth $1 off a purchase, and you can also use points for quarterly sweepstakes entries or donate them to charity. One catch: purchases made with the ID.me discount do not earn loyalty points, so compare the two before you check out.
Military, first responder, nurse and teacher discount
TaylorMade offers 15% off online orders for people who verify through ID.me. Eligible groups listed on the official page include active duty military, veterans, retirees, military spouses and dependents, law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs and paramedics, several categories of nurses, and licensed PreK-12 teachers, school employees and college professors. The discount cannot be combined with promo codes, some exclusions apply, and the discount is meant only for the verified person. We did not find a separate student discount for the general public.
Club trade-in program
The trade-in process is built into checkout. You add new clubs to your cart, look up a trade-in value for your old clubs, check out with both in the cart, then ship your old clubs back in the box your new clubs arrive in using a prepaid label. TaylorMade says payment is issued in about 15 business days after the clubs are evaluated. It accepts over 1,000 club models from more than 40 manufacturers. Iron sets need at least five consecutive clubs including the pitching wedge, and damaged clubs, clubs with non-factory alterations, heavily worn wedges and clubs that cannot be authenticated receive no credit. If you cancel your new-club order after sending clubs in, the credit is issued as a gift card.
Shipping
TaylorMade ships within the United States only. Its purchase terms list flat rates of $12.99 for ground shipping with three to seven days in transit, $20.00 for FedEx second day air and $35.00 for FedEx one-day service. Rewards members get free shipping on orders over $100, Birdie members get free shipping on every order and Eagle members get free two-day shipping. In-stock items usually ship within two to three business days, while custom clubs can take up to 15 business days. P.O. boxes, FPO addresses and international addresses are not accepted, although some overseas military addresses may qualify.
Ball and glove subscriptions
If you go through golf balls quickly, the subscription service sends two dozen balls every one, two or three months, or two gloves every two, four or six months. Shipping is free on subscription deliveries, ball personalization is included, and you still earn rewards points on each shipment. Other discounts and promotions do not apply to subscriptions, and you can pause or cancel at any time from your account.
Returns
You can return items within 30 days of receipt if they are new and unused, and apparel and footwear must be unwashed and unworn. Include the original packing slip. Custom-built clubs, MyTaylorMade+ purchases, final sale items, online exclusives, personalized golf balls and personalized accessories cannot be returned. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 30 days of TaylorMade receiving the return. The general returns page says return shipping costs are not reimbursed, while rewards members get free returns, so it pays to join before you order.
Payment options and gift cards
The purchase terms say TaylorMade accepts all major credit cards. We could not confirm other payment methods from the official terms, so check the checkout page for current options. Gift cards are sold on the site, and rewards members can pay with loyalty points at checkout. Sales tax is calculated based on the state you ship to.
Price match
We did not find a price match policy on the official TaylorMade site as of October 2026. If you see a lower price elsewhere, contact customer service before ordering rather than counting on an adjustment.
Sale calendar
TaylorMade does not publish a fixed sale calendar. The sale section is updated as older models are cleared out, which often happens when new club families launch. The site also runs seasonal collections and limited-time pricing on golf balls, such as the Tour Response offer seen in October 2026. Joining the email list or rewards program is the simplest way to hear about these promotions early.
How to use a promo code at TaylorMade
Add the clubs, balls or gear you want to your cart.
Open the cart or begin checkout and look for the promo code field.
Enter the code exactly as it was given to you and apply it.
Check that the discount appears in the order summary before you pay.
Promo codes cannot be combined with the ID.me discount, and many custom and new-release items may be excluded. If a code does not work, read its terms for exclusions or an expiration date.
