WeatherTech Coupons & Promo Codes for October 2026

WeatherTech shopping guide: how to save more

WeatherTech at a glance

WeatherTech is an Illinois-based maker of custom-fit floor liners, cargo liners, mud flaps, window deflectors, car covers and other vehicle protection products, plus home and pet items such as ComfortMat anti-fatigue mats. It sells directly at weathertech.com, by phone and at its factory stores. WeatherTech runs fewer promotions than many retailers, so the savings below come mostly from shipping offers, bundles and the occasional flash sale.

Best ways to save at WeatherTech

• Reach the shipping thresholds. As of October 2026, WeatherTech gives 50% off ground shipping on orders of $100 or more and free ground shipping on orders of $250 or more of qualifying products. No promo code is needed. A front and rear set of FloorLiners plus a cargo liner often clears the $250 mark on its own.
• Bundle a plate frame. WeatherTech’s special offers page lists 20% off a WeatherTech Made in USA Plate Frame when you buy it with qualifying products. Orders with only a plate frame or only gift cards do not qualify.
• Check for flash sales. At the time of writing, bordered-finish ComfortMats were on a flash sale for $45 off, dropping from $79.95 to $34.95. WeatherTech did not show an end date, so the price could change at any time.
• Pick up at a factory store. If you live near Bolingbrook, Illinois or Broomfield, Colorado, free order pickup avoids shipping costs entirely.
• Be wary of outside codes. WeatherTech says it does not offer or honor coupons or discounts from third-party coupon sites. Its own special offers page is the reliable place to look.

Shipping

WeatherTech offers Ground, USPS Ground Advantage, 3 Day Air, 2 Day Air and Next Day Air, depending on destination and product. Ground delivery generally takes 5 to 7 business days within the 48 contiguous states, and USPS Ground Advantage takes about 2 to 5 business days. Express orders placed before noon Central time usually ship the same business day.

Shipping discounts apply only to ground shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Gift cards, tax, shipping and damage insurance, and retail delivery fees do not count toward the $100 and $250 thresholds. Alaska, Hawaii and offshore addresses see slower service, PO Boxes need USPS Ground Advantage, and APO/FPO addresses cannot use air service. Custom car covers take about 3 to 4 weeks because they are made to order. For international orders, WeatherTech asks you to call customer service for a quote or a local dealer.

Order pickup

WeatherTech offers free order pickup at its two factory stores, at 841 Remington Blvd in Bolingbrook, Illinois and 8741 Destination Way in Broomfield, Colorado. Orders are usually ready within an hour during business hours. You need to collect within 4 days at Bolingbrook or 5 days at Broomfield after getting the ready notice, or the order is canceled. Bolingbrook offers both in-store and curbside pickup.

Returns

According to WeatherTech’s return policy, you can return products within 30 days of receiving your order, and items must be new and unused. Holiday purchases get an extended return period. You pay for return shipping, and refunds go back to your original payment method minus shipping and packaging. Returns after 30 days are refunded as a WeatherTech gift card.

• Car covers cannot be returned once ordered, because they are custom-made for your vehicle.
• TechFloor home tiles carry a 15% restocking fee, and single-tile purchases cannot be returned.
• C.O.D. returns are not accepted.

To start a return, sign in and use Order History, or call customer service for a return authorization number before mailing the item back.

Warranty

Most WeatherTech products carry a Lifetime Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser under normal use. It does not cover severe abrasion, chemical spills, accidents, misuse, fire or commercial use, and products must stay in the original vehicle. Some products have their own terms. Running boards get lifetime coverage on the boards, with shorter coverage on brackets and finish, while the Roll Up Truck Bed Cover has 5 years and the AlloyCover Hard Tri-Fold Cover has 3 years. Buying from WeatherTech or an authorized retailer matters, since items from unauthorized resellers may not be covered.

Special discounts

WeatherTech’s FAQ says it does not currently offer a military discount. We found no student, teacher or first responder discount on the official site as of October 2026.

Price match

WeatherTech states it will not price match competitors or third-party resellers, even when they sell WeatherTech products.

Payment options, financing and gift cards

WeatherTech offers financing through Affirm, with rates from 0% to 36% APR depending on eligibility. Its site advertises rates as low as 0% APR on qualifying purchases. For example, WeatherTech shows an $800 purchase at 15% APR over 12 months costing $72.21 a month. A down payment may be required for some purchases.

WeatherTech gift cards come in custom amounts and can be used online, by phone and at factory stores. Only official WeatherTech gift cards are accepted; prepaid gift cards of any kind are not.

WeatherTech sale calendar

WeatherTech does not publish a fixed sale calendar. The offers it runs are mostly ongoing shipping savings, product bundles like the plate frame deal and short flash sales on items such as ComfortMats. Joining the WeatherTech mailing list is the easiest way to hear about new products and promotions, though we found no signup discount advertised.
