These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of KouponsKeeper at kouponskeeper.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What KouponsKeeper provides

KouponsKeeper is a free website that lists coupon codes, deals, sale events and shopping information for retailers in the United States. We are not a retailer. We do not sell products, process payments, ship orders or handle returns. Every purchase you make is between you and the retailer.

The Site is intended for adults in the United States. It is not directed to children under 13.

2. Coupons, deals and store information

• We check offers and store policies against retailers’ official websites and show when they were checked. Our process is described on How We Verify Coupons.
• Retailers set, change and end their promotions, prices and policies at any time, sometimes without notice. An offer that was valid when we checked it may have ended, changed or carry restrictions, such as minimum spend, excluded items, membership or new-customer requirements, or limits per account.
• The retailer’s own terms always apply and take priority over anything shown on the Site. Please read the offer terms on the retailer’s website and confirm the final price before you pay.
• Store guides, comparison pages and sales calendars are general information to help you shop. They are not financial, legal or professional advice.

3. Retailer and third-party websites

When you click “Show Code”, “Get Deal” or another outbound link, you leave KouponsKeeper and go to a website we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, prices, availability, privacy practices or policies of those websites. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

4. Affiliate links and advertising

Some links on the Site may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission when you make a purchase, at no extra cost to you. We may also display advertising, including ads served by third parties such as Google. See our Affiliate Disclosure and Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates a retailer’s terms.
• Submit false, misleading, spam or malicious content, including fake coupon reports or automated votes.
• Copy, scrape or republish substantial parts of the Site’s content, including coupon listings and store guides, by automated means or for commercial use without our written permission. Standard search engine indexing is allowed.
• Try to interfere with the Site’s security or operation, for example by probing for vulnerabilities, overloading our servers or bypassing technical protections.
• Pretend to be KouponsKeeper or any other person or organization.

We may block access to the Site for anyone who breaks these rules.

6. Messages, submissions and votes

If you send us a coupon, a correction or other feedback through our contact form, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You also allow us to use, edit and publish the information, without payment, to improve our listings. We do not publish your name or email address. “Did it work?” votes are anonymous and are used to show success rates on offers.

7. Intellectual property and trademarks

The Site’s original content, design and text, including store guides and comparison pages, belong to KouponsKeeper and are protected by copyright. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with a link back to the source page.

Store names, logos and trademarks shown on the Site belong to their respective owners. They are used only to identify the retailer that an offer or guide relates to. Their use does not mean the retailer endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with KouponsKeeper, unless we say so.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes any warranty that an offer will be available, valid or accepted, that information is complete, accurate or current, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KouponsKeeper and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of money, savings, data or profits, arising from your use of the Site. This includes an offer that does not work, a retailer’s actions, or your purchases from third-party websites. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent the law allows. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, including cookies used for coupon votes, affiliate tracking and advertising.

11. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If you continue to use the Site after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
